last?
A: Each disc can last up to 45 days.
Q: What type of payment is accepted?
A: Discover, Visa, Master Card, as well as Debit cards that bear the Visa or
Master Card logo through Paypal.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Standard shipping for orders within the USA via regular mail
takes approximately 5-7 business days. International shipments will
take approximately 7-10 business days.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to a
different location?
A: Yes, after completing the billing details, simply type the
address where you want the order to be sent to in the shipping
address section.
Q: Is there an additional cost for
shipping?
A: No, if shipping within the USA via regular mail through the US
Postal Service shipping is FREE. If you have special mailing
instructions, such as next day air or shipping outside the USA,
there will be an additional cost for shipping to be calculated on an
individual basis.
Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: Yes, however, we ask that you please email us to discuss order in
detail. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
Q: What if the item I ordered is not
available?
A: We will notify you immediately via email or by phone to discuss
options. You can choose a replacement item of equal value, accept a
back order status in which case a new estimated delivery date will
be issued or you can cancel your order for a full refund.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped you will receive
a full refund.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Simply email us and we will discuss the issue. Once authorized
and RGA number issued; return product(s) to us in like-new condition
complete with all original packaging. The agreed upon replacement
item(s) of equal value will be mailed out via regular mail upon
receipt of satisfactory return. No returns will be accepted without
proper authorization and will be refused without a valid RGA number.
Q: How long does it take to receive my
credit back?
A: Credits are processed within 24 hours of receipt excluding
weekends and holidays. It may take 7-10 business days for your
credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement depending on
your billing cycle.
